Renewing Exchange and Salesforce Account Credentials
If your password to Salesforce or MS Exchange changes, or SmartCloud Connect authorization to access your data expires, SmartCloud Connect will no longer be able to process your data. However, you can easily renew your MS Exchange and/or Salesforce account credentials to let SmartCloud Connect regain access to your mailbox and records.
To update your credentials used to access Salesforce or refresh the Salesforce access token, do the following:
- In the Dashboard, go to the Sync settings > CRM page.
- Click Refresh and specify your Salesforce credentials in the window that appears.
Similarly, you can update your Microsoft Exchange password or Office 365 authorization.
To update Exchange credentials, do the following:
- In the Dashboard, go to the Sync settings > Exchange page.
- Click Refresh and specify your Salesforce credentials in the window that appears.
- Optionally, in the Exchange Web Services URL box, you can specify another EWS URL.
