Dashboard is an administrative tool where you can configure SmartCloud Connect and get an overview of your SmartCloud Connect usage. In the Dashboard, you can:
- View synchronization statistics
- View Exchange and Salesforce connection statuses
- Switch to another Salesforce or Exchange account
- Change synchronization settings
- Administer your SmartCloud Connect account
- Configure email synchronization settings
To open the Dashboard, do one of the following:
- Log in to your SmartCloud Connect account using a Web browser.
- Click the Gear button in the main SmartCloud Connect Add-In window and then click Sync settings.
