If you have forgotten your SmartCloud Connect password, you can request a recovery email. To recover your password, do the following:
- In the “Sign In” page, click Sign in using login and password, and then click Forgot password.
- Specify the email address that was used to register your account in SmartCloud Connect and click Send verification email. An email with instructions will be sent to this address.
- Follow the instructions you will get in the email.
Note: If you did not receive the email message, check your email’s “Junk Email” folder to see if the message is there.
