Improved Calendar Scheduling

Spend less time planning thanks to the improvements in activity scheduling. Now you can schedule an event with a single email message – just select the time slots that work for you and let your customer pick the best time to meet. When selecting your time, you can see both your colleagues’ and your own availability right from the SmartCloud Connect Add-In. The time slots on which the invitees are busy will be shown in red, while the times when you are busy will be shown in blue. For your convenience, newly scheduled events can be automatically shared with Salesforce too.

We’ve improved our integration with Chatter by adding support for public and private Chatter groups.

You’re now able to save the whole email conversation threads automatically, without having to click on each email from this thread. This feature helps you to grow interaction records in Salesforce, increase data accuracy and quality.

Native “Opportunity Products” Support

SmartCloud Connect now natively supports Opportunity Products. You can add opportunity products right from the opportunity cards.
