Generating API Keys in the RG’s Admin Panel

In case you need to extract some activity or statistical data from Salesforce using API keys, you can generate the API keys in the RG’s Admin Panel:

1. Log in to RG’s Admin panel

2. Go to Settings > Administration > Users

3. Find the necessary user on the list using the Search field

4. Click on the three dots menu on the user

5. Select Generate API key

6. In the pop-up dialog that appears, click Copy to copy the generated API key to the clipboard

7. Save it in a preferred text editor

Important

Note that the generated API key is valid for one year since the date it was created. If you get errors when trying to use an API key generated a while ago, it could have expired, and you might need to generate a new one.
